Gingerbread Raffle

In recent years we have begun the tradition of giving away the pieces of Mrs. Tallamy’s Gingerbread Christmas Village through a name draw. This year there are some fun new developments!

Mrs. Tallamy is planning to make a piano playing Santa again. This Santa has brought his band with him. Elf will be playing the cello and Mrs. Claus is on percussion.

We will also have a LEMS Music Tote Bag up for raffle, and some other additional prizes.

How to Get your Name in the Hat:

Every Student gets one “free” entry into the draw. Below are some ways to earn extra entries to up your chances of winning!

Earn 1 extra entry for completing each of the following:

• By the week of Nov. 26, play your duet piece with all correct notes and consistent tempo.

• By the week of Dec. 3, attend your assigned rehearsal time and be prepared to play all measures.

• By the week of Dec. 10, play your duet perfectly to metronome.

• By the week of Dec. 10, have your piece memorized perfectly.

• Perfom for Mrs. Tallamy a solo Christmas Song of your choice, start to finish.

• Play at a Christmas concert, church event, or family gathering.

• Have your Composition draft complete and submitted before Dec. 14.
